How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches out to Detectivetracks Plumbing to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to raise a concern and what happens afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You are welcome to write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Detectivetracks Plumbing
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- The behavior of a plumber we connected you with
If the Problem Is With a Provider
Plumbers in our network run their own businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, work and customer service. If you are unhappy with work done at your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the plumber directly and keep a written record of what you said and what they replied.
Please still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider who repeatedly falls short of what we expect may be removed from it. Be aware that Detectivetracks Plumbing cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
How to Send Your Complaint
Email contact@detectivetracks.world and include:
- Your name and the easiest way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the plumber
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you recall
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and the outcome you hope for
After You Write
We will confirm by email that we got your message, usually within a few business days. Next we look into what happened, which can include reaching out to the provider. Then we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Still Feel Unheard
If our answer leaves you unhappy, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about plumbing work itself, a state or local plumbing licensing board may be able to help.
