Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Detectivetracks Plumbing wants everyone to be able to use detectivetracks.world, including people with disabilities. This statement describes how we approach that goal. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
Our Goal
We aim to make the site easy to use for as many people as we can. To do that, we work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a widely used set of standards for accessible websites.
Steps We Take
Good access is a bit like a well-marked building, with clear signs and easy ways in. With that in mind, we aim to:
- Use plain headings and a sensible page order
- Add text descriptions for images that carry meaning
- Keep text easy to read with strong color contrast
- Let visitors move around using only a keyboard
- Build pages that work on phones, tablets and computers
- Write in short, simple language
- Give form fields clear labels
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of the site may not yet fully meet these standards. Material from third parties, such as embedded tools or services, may be outside our control. We look over the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If part of the site is hard for you to use, you can still get help. Request a callback to talk with a provider, or email contact@detectivetracks.world and we will do our part to assist.
Tell Us What You Found
Your feedback on accessibility is welcome. Please email contact@detectivetracks.world and share:
- The page or feature that gave you trouble
- What happened and what you expected instead
- The browser, device or assistive technology you used, if you know
We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Keeping at It
Accessibility is never finished. As we update this website, we will keep it in mind and keep making things better.
